At ENAMEL LABS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Please contact our customer support team (enamellabs@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Do not send any items back without first obtaining return authorization, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

For returns that are not related to a product defect or shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review your claim.

If approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, additional documentation or an investigation may be required before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
